Well at Work provides confidential access to a range of counselling and therapy options to support people to feel more in control of their mental health at work and beyond. We work with our clients to improve their general wellbeing, decrease stress and anxiety, or provide a safe space of understanding during challenging times.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): A therapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thinking patterns and behaviours that contribute to psychological distress.
  • Supportive Counselling: Emotional support and guidance provided by a clinical counsellor to help individuals cope with challenges and explore their feelings and thoughts in a safe space.
  • Critical Incident Debriefing: Structured sessions conducted after a traumatic event to help individuals process their experiences, reduce distress, and prevent long-term psychological issues.
  • Motivational Interviewing: Collaborative counselling approach that aims to resolve ambivalence and facilitate positive behavioural changes by exploring motivations and addressing obstacles.
  • Skills Work: Therapeutic approach focusing on teaching practical techniques and strategies to enhance specific skills for managing challenges and improving overall well-being.
